Approval Decisions: All loan approvals are at BusinessGenie's sole discretion. We reserve the right to decline any application or modify terms based on our credit evaluation.

Credit Checks: By applying, you authorize BusinessGenie to obtain credit reports and verify information provided in your application.

5. Loan Terms and Repayment

If approved for financing:

  • You agree to repay the loan according to the terms specified in your loan agreement
  • Late payments may result in additional fees and negative credit reporting
  • Default may result in acceleration of the full loan balance and collection actions
  • You agree to maintain adequate insurance on any collateral, if applicable
